1. Credit Wallet Model
Vision 360 utilizes a prepaid wallet system. Funds deposited into your account wallet are converted into conversational credits dedicated to connected call minutes and chat processing.
2. Unused Wallet Balance Refund
If you decide to discontinue using Vision 360, any remaining unused wallet balance may be refunded to the original payment method upon written request to vision360digitalsolutions@gmail.com within 30 days of the last credit purchase, subject to deduction of actual connected talk-time incurred and standard payment gateway processing fees.
3. Connected Call Usage
Talk-time minutes consumed during connected conversations with live recipients are non-refundable, as underlying telecom carrier bandwidth is consumed in real time. Unconnected dials are billed at ₹0.00 and carry no charge.
